How can I get a library card?
Library cards are available free at the Lending Desk to any resident of Clinton, Essex or Franklin counties. Identification with proof of residence is required. Out of area residents may borrow materials and obtain library privileges by paying a non-refundable deposit (Individual $10, Family $20). If you have lost your card, the replacement fee is $1.00.

What is the renewal policy?
One renewal on materials unless on reserve for another patron.
What fines are there?
Overdue fines for all library materials except videos are $.10 per day, with a maximum fine of $5.00 per item. Video fines are $.25 per day, with a maximum fine of $10.00 per item.
